Wholesaling a Deal on The MLS
I have been working with a realtor who has had a deal on the MLS for a close to 100 days so I decided to do a walk through with her and I submitted and offer that she presented to her seller and it looks like he's going to take it.
What do I need to do get the property under an assignable contract since it's on the MLS? Thanks!
