Questions about breaking into Wholesaling

Carl Culberson
Posted

Hey everyone,

I just started learning about wholesaling this week and am becoming obsessed. I’ve researched a lot but I figured it would be beneficial to see what information I could get from here.

1) What are the best ways to go about finding deals/ obtaining properties that are worth wholesaling?

2) What are the best ways to find buyers once home is under contract?

3) What are items you suggest are critical to have within the contract from a wholesaler’s perspective?

4) What happens once you have a house under contract but are unable to find a buyer?

Thank you all in advance for your responses. I’m located in Houston TX near medical center area and would love to connect with those with similar interest. Feel free to reach out!
