Buying a wholesale deal with traditional financing help.

Hi everyone I am needing a little guidance on a wholesale situation and was wondering if some investors that know the territory well could help. I am about to finalize a wholesale deal (assignment of contract) for a house in Huntsville Alabama. In this situation I am the buyer wanting to use traditional bank financing. The wholesaler is fine with me using a bank. My issue is not with the contract price or inspections but with closing in time. We have about 30 days to close and and my current bank is unfamiliar with contract assignments which makes me think we would be delayed. We are going conventional with no inspections (outside of the bank appraisal). My questions is, is this reasonably possible to accomplish? Does anyone have any experience with banks in the Huntsville area that handle these transactions? Feel free to comment or direct message me. I thank you kindly for the help!!!☺️
