Virtual wholesaling Real estate

Michael Frias
Posted

Hey guys,

I would like to start virtually wholesaling in the detroit area. Does anyone have any tips? Or does anyone know any local buyers or how to get in contact with? I heard talking to listing agents is a good idea, but i would like to see what others think

@Michael Frias,

I don't think Paul has great faith in your plan.

Virtual wholesaling requires having some boots on the ground in your target area.  So there's that.

Wholesaling in general requires a lot of education and planning.  Since you just created an account here on BP, I assume you're just getting started.

I recommend getting involved in your local REI community. Learn how to do wholesaling in general. Do it locally, then move to long distance.
