Fix and Flip Great Investment? Yes or No??
A 1300 sqft double wide mobile (doesn't look as such from the photo of it), sitting on 10.5 acres of land... nothing in the whole town even comes close according to the MLS and public records to have such massive amount of land. Is this potentially a great fix and flip deal? as an wholesaler that I am, would this be a great oppurtunity me to put this idea in the lap of a cash buyer? What do you think about it? would you bother ? THANKS for all inputs.
