@Jourdan Johnson,

There are several ways to skip trace.  If you have a lot, just do a search for a service on Google.  There's BatchSkipTracing.com that I keep hearing about.  It's also an add-on service in a number of tools.  I use PropStream, and it's in there as well.  Everyone says they're way cheaper than the rest, and if you get a discount code, it's probably worth it.  That said, I haven't found the prices to vary too much.  Still, if you're going to skip trace 10,000 people, saving a penny or two may be worth it.

If you're manually doing it, and just getting started, and don't want to spend the $$$, go to TruePeopleSearch.com.  You can do one-up skip tracing pretty effectively.  It's just time consuming.
