What do you do when a seller doesnt want to sign your agreement and he wants to review it with an attorney?

How can I handle that objection?

THANKS

@Fili Aguirre

You let them review it with their attoney. However, you could find out if there is anything specifically they need clarification on. It’s very possible this is just a dodge. However, what are they dodging is the question? What are you trying to do?
