Best lists companies and search criteria

Hi folks

My name is Mark and I live in North Carolina. Would anyone who generates leads through buying lists mind sharing with me the list company/companies you use and some of the best search criteria to pay for?

We are mostly interested in finding the deals and then deciding on whether to wholesale it or keep it ourselves. We are just trying to figure out the most efficient search criteria to invest in at this point. Thank you so much for any help you can lend
