Hope everyone is safe and healthy,

I’m a newbie in wholesaling and not too familiar with the market and what buyers are looking. Any tips or suggestions?

@Miguel Quinones right now your best bet is to do as much research as you can online. Zillow, Realtor, Trulia all will have their versions of market reports. You can run your own numbers and see what things are selling for in a certain neighborhood as well. Check out Neighborhood Scout and City-data for more info. Networking is probably going to have to be virtual but still can be done.
