How to wholesale a property with unclear title?
How can I wholesale a property that has an unclear title?
It hasn’t gone through probate court.

If the property needs to go through probate, then the "owner" technically doesn't have the authority to sell it so not sure I would be trying to wholesale it if I were you. Or is a jointly owned property and one of the owners died?
