Wholesale real estate in Mississippi

Hey I am located in MS I am wanting to get started with wholesaling property in the state of Mississippi, tons of equity opportunities to do so here . Anyone has done successfully wholesaling here? If so what are the process

I mostly invest in South Jackson and multis are definitely to be avoided there. I would be more comfortable investing near the hospitals, at least if it is in the Bellhaven or Fondren area.
