Wholesale Marketing Strategy

Hey guys,

I'm a new wholesaler and am looking forward to getting started fast. Here's my strategy, I'd appreciate some feedback.

I'm going to be sending 200 yellow letters out to fresh leads weekly. Half will be to non owner occupied properties with equity, the other half will go to people that are in preforeclosure. I'll be dripping mailers on them once every three weeks.

I'll also be putting up 60 bandit signs a weekend.

I have a VA sending out 200 blanket MLS offers for short sales and REOs monthly.

Plus, I'll be driving for dollars.

What are your thoughts? Does this sound like a sound mix of marketing tools?Should I come across some potential deals next month?

I would say that is a pretty solid marketing strategy and should get some results. However keep in mind results won't necessarily come immediately. You may need to keep it up for quite some time before you get your first deal.
