New to BP and Wholesaling

Hey BP,

My name is Rob and I am not new to BP, but I would now consider myself an "Active Member". I have done a lot of reading and listening to Podcast. I recently cured my analysis paralysis and decided to jump into Wholesaling. I used to live in New Orleans but have recently moved to Buffalo, NY. I got a couple of softwares that were recommended and I am starting to source and create my lists. The softwares I downloaded are Deal Machine - for my driving for dollars method, and Propstream for a nationwide detail list creation source. What do you guys think about those programs? Will also get multiple lists from the court because from what I learned the keys to Wholesaling are having a large lead pool that is consistently refilled, and consistent follow up and contact.
