Starting new to wholesaling

Derek Dreyer
Posted

Hey everyone so I have been doing my research and learning how wholesaling works, strategies, etc. Really ready to kind of start diving in and getting everything built up. Most things I have seen is never do anything with your personal name even just starting out so my question is, before I find my first deal should I start a business first? That way when I do get my first RE deal when the contracts are being sign I would be putting down my business name and not my personal. Is it Okay to do your first few deals as a person or sole prop or should I save myself the possible headache and just start an LLC? Appreciate the responses! Excited for the journey.
