Realtors commission/closing cost??? What percentage should be taking in consideration when calculating the MAO. For investors looking to fix and flip ? Or should I stick to using the formula Arv•70%-repairs-fees?? But dealing with property between 85k-123k or 95k - 200k is that formula wise??
