Wholesale during covid19?

Question

Is it feasible to wholesale properties during this pandemic if you haven’t already started the process with a possible seller yet?

I am looking to cold call some people I have skiptraced and was wondering if it would be better to just wait for the pandemic to pass or just try to make it all work some how.

Have people been able to find deals and actually go through the whole process with this covid19 going on? Thank you

Finding a lot of people are interested in selling, however, the majority of our big buyers aren't interested in doing anything until this blows over. Partner and I have done 4 deals since Georgia shut down, so we're still making do with the circumstances. Finding a few new buyers with the properties we have found, it's just taking a little bit longer than normal for us. Most of our buyers are in Atlanta, and we find investment deals 2 hours south of there.

So yes, this is a good time to wholesale! Just give yourself enough time to find a buyer, since a lot of people aren't taking risks still.

@Noah Howells During this pandemic could be actually be a really good time to wholesale deals. Many people could be looking to sell their properties due to various reasons - the perfect time for you to get the property under contract.
