Potential wholesale deal
I need help you guys. I have a house that has an ARV of 143000 but it also has a duplex on the back which is not showing on zillow,redfin, trulia or mls. I dont know the rents amount of them yet. I have the appointment with the seller at 5pm today. But I dont want to go without at least having an offer ready. The seller also has another 4 plex that is ARV at 173000 but needs quite of work. Help guys.
