I have a good understanding on subject to i haven't done one yet but I'm really interested in learning and doing them. Does someone know where i can get the documents to do it.

Hey @Luis Alvarez there are plenty of pitfalls in any area that is unknown, but you will never advance if you dont get started. My first sub-to, I called the bank to ask them to change the address of the statements because I now owned the house. After they asked a few questions, I hung up!!! Rookie mistakes. 

I would NOT say that I am an expert, but I have done quite a few over the last almost 20 years. The first one was just the deed and thats it(wrong way to do one). Now there are probably 20 pages of acknowledgements, POA, realease of info authorization, and a bunch of other stuff that I use so that everyone knows what is going on.
