Let me say this is a brilliant website and a "free" golden ticket to success. This site keeps me motivated because it helps me to take advantage of the opportunity to becoming wealthy in something I have a passion for, and that's real estate baby!!! My ? to you BP is, I need help building my buyer's list so that I can close my first deal in wholesaling. Thanx BP!!!!

Stephen Davis. Just like what others said...you will have a harder time finding motivated sellers than buyers. If the deal is tasty buyers will come. I thought the same as you when I got started a month ago (yes still very much a newb here as well). However I not have numerous buyers waiting for a property while I struggle to get one lol. Total opposite from what I expected.

In any event, I can tell you I use an Aweber to create my capture forms and manage mail lists. I then just spin up a quick website with the form in it and some basic text and images. I then post a clickable image, which takes them to said page, on Craigslist and Backpage to attract buyers. The buyers come and thats it. I always respond to the buyers thanking them and attempt to get details as to the type of buyer they are, how long they have been investing, what sort of properties they are looking for, price range etc.

Hope that helps man.
