"Wholesaling" on business cards/website?

Do you market yourself as a "wholesaler" or as an "investor"? I imagine that if you hand a business card to a seller that says "real estate wholesaler" than they may become confused or simply not take you as seriously as a cash buyer. Does anyone have different business cards to hand out to sellers and buyers? What do you guys think?

I'd be careful about marketing yourself as a 'Wholesaler' to the general population. To a lot of people a wholesaler is the guy who sets up a table at flea markets with steak knife sets, exercise videos, and ratcheting screwdrivers.
