Hire Cold Callers from diff countries pros and cons?

Hello! Has anyone had any luck with hiring callers from the phjobs site or any other site to call on the driving for dollars leads? Is it worth the monthly expense when starting out?

The biggest con I see with cold callers, is that they are cold calling. I am telling you this will be illegal one day soon.

It always makes me scratch my head when I see people do driving for dollars cold calling or any of these shady methods.

We all know everyone is struggling with this. And of course, like DMM if you send out 300K postcards of course luck has it, that you will land something. If you hire an army to call for you, chances are you will land something,  but while that happens you get yelled at, demanded to be removed from your list etc. etc.

What really bugs me is this. People know it is not working.... and without ANY just justifiucation somehow they think  "but I will do it anyways and see what happens". And if it doesn't work.... you know what they do? They tweak that system (cold calling), that it inherently flawed and they keep digging and digging, hoping they will find that magical combinatino of settings that will suf=ddenly make them succesful.

Look I don't care what the entire damn biggerpockets community says. Do you see Nike cold calling? No? How about Samsung? How about Elon Musk? Ever got a call from him?

No?

Well golly that is odd eh? They have plenty of money to hire half the country of The Philippines, to dial numbers for them. But they DON'T.

I have said this once and I will say it again.

WHY do you think you will be successful doing the exact same thing 97% of the people that fail  are doing?! Does no one sees the logic in this?

So I have been thinking about this a lot as I can't figure out how illogical this behaviour is to me.

This is what I came up with. People do this because they see others getting deals and leads from it. What you need to realize is this. People are not going to wake up in the morning, go to Biggerpockets and elaboratly pain the picture for you how misserably theu failed doing bandit signs, DMM, coldcalling, driving for dollars.

You only hear from people's successes.

So, let me show you and I hope this inspires anyone reading this that the grass is INDEED WAY greener on the other side.

This is us:

We are getting 4 to 12 highly motivated leads for free on demand every single day.

Wait stop..

let this sink in

Do you know what this means?

If I do not check my email for one day, the next day I open my inbox there are 8 to 24 leads waiting to be opened.

And if I go out for a weekend escapade... when I get home there will be 12 to 36 leads in my inbox, getting angry calls from sellers all pissed off because we didn't answer them  within 24 hours all desperate for their offer.

Does cold calling do this for you?

No? Didn't think so.

Stop following sheep. If you want to be succesful you really need to make actual disicions and you need to justify those decisions.

If you make a dicision based on a huntch, because you think that is the way it should be done, or becaiuse some  person on BP swears by it, you are putting your success in the hands in a STRANGER that may or may not know a damn thing about what it means to be succesful, and even if they ARE succesful, they are not you, and not in your situation, you don't have their strengths, mindset, or skills.

Following others is plain and simply stupid, without actual analysis, evaluation and proper decision making.

So let me ask you this.

Have you done your cost/deal calculations yet?

I am willing to bed you have not. If you haven't you shouldn't be picking any form of marketing yet. Cost/deal COMES FIRST NO EXCEPTION!!

Now I am done yelling at you.

Now I will help you.

This is what you do.

You get a website. NO IF's or BUTS about this.

Get it, right now.. NOW, stop reading, get a website. I'll wait!

Make it credible, get a logo, take awesome pictures of you with your logo, set up your google my business, verify your site with Google, and look like an actual serious company.

Once your site is credible, do your cost/deal calculations for every marketing option you are considering.

Then pick one and allocate the appropriate funds to said marketing option for you get one deal (that is why you calculate the cost/deal, so you know how much money you need to make one deal).

You WILL make a deal ... that is the purpose of the cost/deal calculations, to remove luck from the equation, and dump that money you made into SEO and further marketing.

You keep doing this till you have enough funds to start scaling your business. Hire, expand and dominate your market.

I personally feel that if you spend your own time driving for leads. You should definitely be calling them yourself as you will put in more effort than any hired cold caller. The only people who should be hiring cold callers are those who have closed a deal, otherwise you are throwing your money in a pit hoping somebody else can get a lead for you.
