Anyone given this new site a try yet?  Wondering how reliable?

I have my realtors license and MLS access. I was actually taking a look at this service a few weeks back out of curiosity. Like Trulia/Zillow etc. it seems go give a fairly decent assessment on the subdivision overall; however, the accuracy seems to fluctuate greatly when it comes to specific comps.

In addition to that, some comps that had sold a month or two back were not even present.

I signed up for the beta site when I first heard about it last summer.  I liked the way it worked and the categories.  But it hasn't been current in a long time for my area. Not sure what's going on with that.  Comps that are 4 months old are useless to me.

Nichole, I saw your post and tried it out. The couple addresses I looked up were pretty much right on the money, I was surprised. But need to look into it some more but so far so good.

Have you every tried to contact them with intent to add them to your buyers list?

Its not as hard as you think it is to get access. Simply ask for associate access in exchange for dead leads you receive. Once you start your marketing campaign many leads you receive will not be of any use to you as a wholesaler. If they are looking for a traditional retail transaction simply forward that information to the agent you are corresponding with.  Some might even give you their direct login information to use.

Nichole Gabriel Having MLS access to pull comps at a momments notice is diffinetly a plus. Most paid services are usually a little behind and not as accurate. Most agents are going to be a little apprehensive about giving their mls login information to a complete stranger. Would you? Just remember Real Estate is about relationships. If you befriend an agent and maybe offer them a small monthly monetary fee for that access, your chances my increase (WIIFM). I have heard investors even post adds on graiglist for mls access in their market area.

ok, Chris F., Thank You!! So I can go to my agent and say, "Hey, I am going to be starting some Investing.  Many of the leads I get from marketing for the properties I'm looking for, will be dead leads for me. Would you be willing to allow me associate MLS access in exchange for these dead leads?"  Does that sound right??  :D
