Apps you can use for wholesale

James Copas
Posted

Hey everyone,

I was wondering what are some good apps that would be essential to wholesale.

I’m using propstream as of now. Is there other apps that can help me with my business? I’m looking for any apps to help better my business.

@James Copas,

I guess it all depends on what you need to do.  I used to have a few, but now all I use is PropStream and Batch GeoCode.  PropStream is great to find and research properties.  You can also use it to track your leads and your marketing, and when the need arises, you can do great research to do your comps.

The only thing I use Batch GeoCode for is to optimize my route when I'm planning on doing my version of D4D.  I locate properties of interest in a specific area, then I download those into Batch GeoCode to plan the most efficient route to those properties.

The only other thing that I think is a must is a good website.  It should be SEO friendly and high-converting.  That's a big topic, but one you should pursue.
