Wholesaler competition with seller tomorrow
Hey wassup everybody? I have a meeting with a seller tomorrow morning at 10. He tells me he has another buyer coming to look at the property at 11. I bet with a little rapport buildings contract will be signed and the next buyer gonna be mad for wasting gas. I'll let you guys know what happens tomorrow.
