Marketing fees
I'm new to wholesaling, and wanted to ask who all charges a marketing fee in addition to the assignment fee? I'm looking to do this with an out of state seller who bought bad houses that are so cheap they will only have maybe $1-2k as the assignment fee. How do you invoice for the marketing fee, & what language needs to be included (payable at closing of XYZ house, etc)? Any examples will be greatly appreciated! I'm only looking to do the marketing fee to ensure I'm compensated for my time. Also, how much of a discount do you usually give a buyer on package deals?
