How to Start Wholesaling? Need help please!
Hi I am in PA and would like to find out more info on how to wholesale houses. If you know of anyone that can answer a few questions or point me in the right way I would appreciate it. (Mainly legal and contract stuff)
On a side note passed my real estate exam a couple days ago still waiting for background check to come back to get my license, would this affect what I am able to do?
