What methods do you use to find cash buyers?

If you have access to your local MLS, you can query for all 'sold' properties where financing was 'private' or 'cash'. If you do not have access to your local MLS, Real Estate Investor groups are a good place to start. Try: (1) connectedinvestors.com, (2) nationalreia.org.

@Anthony Dadlani is totally right!!!  Most guys parading around as investors or cash buyers are fakin' it til they make it... The real investors are easy to spot, they don't talk much but they work hard and move quickly when a deal makes sense.  The harder you work to bring good opportunities to the table, the better relationships you will develop with 'real' cash guys.

@India Brown. Real cash buyers are hard to find. When you do find legitimate ones who have the cash to close, nurture and remain loyal to that relationship. Can make more $$ with quality clients then quantity as a wholesaler in our opinion. Best of luck in all your endeavors.

• @India Brown tons of ways to find buyers all over Metro Detroit.-Networking-FB Groups-REIA's-Meetups-Agent's who work with cash buyers-Have an agent pull a list or recent SOLD's that were cash transactions
• -Stop at any rehabs you see going on-The list goes on...they are VERY easy to findGood Luck!
