I could use advice from a wholesaler!
I found a property in my town that is perfect for a wholesale. I found it from driving for dollars, rundown, overgrown, looks abandoned etc. I walk up to the door and it says its abandoned and has a sign from "Mortgage Contracting Services", that says they have no knowledge of the sale or rental of the property. I look on the county assessors website and it shows the "owner" but like I said the sign said it was vacant. I'm not quite sure what to do next, and will take any suggestions. Thank you!
