Does Wholesaling Still Work During COVID and this time?

So we’re in a sellers market and people are selling their house more than usual. But I hear lots of buyers are hesitant to invest / buy properties.

Is wholesale real estate still the same or as profitable like before the pandemic situation?

Just a question for the folks who’ve been in the game for quite some time.

How is Wholesale Real Estate affecting you guys?

Don't narrow your pool of qualified responders. I haven't been in the game too long, but I've been serious about succeeding since I began my journey to financial freedom through real estate.

I can tell you that in Omaha wholesaling is alive and well, thriving even. It's a sellers' market here because most people can list their home and close on an offer the same day. Only homes that are offensively overpriced are sitting any length of time.

And yet there are still distressed sellers whose homes are in no condition to list, or who need a solution faster than a real estate agent and a buyer who needs a loan can work. Will you have to work harder to find good deals? Yes. Are there plenty of good deals for everyone right now? Yes.

The market is never the problem. The problem is always the motivation to do what is necessary.
