The Pretty House Wholesale
So, there is a property that has been on the market for awhile. It's definitely a "pretty house" that could use a some work. It has great potential. I don't believe I am at the point to take on a project for a $1.5 ARV house.
That being said, how rare is it to come by a cash buyer who is able to put up five or six hundred thousand for a fix and flip?
