Newbie Question on Contracts in CA
Here are a few basic questions regarding which contracts to use when wholesaling in CA. I am hoping someone can help me out with this. Thanks.
1. CA Residential Purchase Agreement Contract - The seller of the house will sign this document (this I know)
2. Which contract does the cash buyer sign?
3. When do I use a 15 day flex option contract?
4. Are there any other contracts I did not mention above that is widely used?
