Metroscan List-How to sort out bank owned properties
I use Metroscan to pull my lists. Whenever I pull an absentee owner list, a majority of them tend to be bank owned. After exporting, it can be pretty time consuming to go through one by one to remove them. Is there a way to sort them out and just have properties owned by individuals or LLC's
