equity or no equity
Good Day all,
I just have a few questions from a wholesalers' point of view marketing properties to potential buyers/investors. Would investors prefer to purchase properties with equity OR no equity, or does it even matter. Second, when looking for motivated sellers should I focus on preforeclosures or foreclosures. Lastly, when looking at properties entered in pre/foreclosures, should I look at the properties that have just recently entered or the properties that have been listed the longest?
