Does anyone know where I can find wholesaler contracts? Also, any good wholesaling lead generating tools? Thank you!

Hello Giuliano! Hope you are having a great week thus far. I do have some contracts my self, You can also find them through a title company. Some great lead generation would be flipster and propstream! Some of the best ways I've found deals was driving for dollars. You get to learn your market and certain areas to look out for. Second best way, which I love is to get in contact with some bird dogs all around. If you close on a property they send you, then they get paid by you. In addition, look on craigslist, zillow for sale by owner. Look for large price decreases as well as long days on market. I'd love to talk to you more and potentially JV some deals. I specialize on the disposition end of wholesaling which is getting rid of the deals and getting them sold.
