Wholesaling for beginners
Two part question: If you are just starting out wholesaling what are the best ways to find deals? What are the best ways to get phone numbers to cold call etc.? Also, once you find a deal and are under contract, what are the best ways to find buys? Craigslist or MLS? I could use all the tips and advice anyone is willing to give.
