I need some help in knowing if this lead can be converted to a deal and be wholesaled to another investor. Today, I received a phone call from a lead that was sourced from my direct mailing campaign that was done recently. The homeowner mentioned the property is currently being rehabbed and on time to be listed on the market. I asked him if there is anymore major repairs needed to be done to the property and the homeowner said no. Furthermore; I also asked the homeowner if the asking price was open to negotiation and the homeowner said yes.
