Example filled out TREC 1-4 for wholesaling in Texas only please

Hi, newbie here was trying to wrap my head around the basics. Would any successful flippers or wholesalers in Texas be kind enough to email me an example TREC 1-4 contract or two thats been filled out for the purpose of wholesaling and or flipping a single family home, along with any common addendums you add to your TREC contracts for wholesaling. I don't want to use the simple non-TREC one page contracts that I read a lot of other people use, because I hear from local flippers that title companies and sometimes the sellers' lawyers like to criticize them.

@Xavier Williams There are plenty of videos on YouTube that explains how to complete a TREC 1-4.

I am curious as to why you want to use TREC 1-4 for wholesale purposes unless you are a realtor. Not that you can't use it but I believe there are other real estate purchase contracts that were designed with wholesale in mind and offer more protection. Most wholesalers that I have come across use such contracts and not TREC unless the wholesaler is also a realtor.
