What Wholesaling Course Do YOU Recommend?
Hi everyone, first off I want to start by saying thank you to those who are reading this and wanting to help out!
I'm currently 18 years old and really eager to get into real estate wholesaling. I am almost finished with my CA license and have taken action on a wholesale course sold by another successful 18 year old that I found through social media; however, it is not detailed enough for me and I still have a lot of questions regarding the legality of wholesaling in California, how to find a good deal as well as closing procedures.
My #1 concern right now is to look for a well structured course that is affordable since I am still in college. It would be amazing if someone can recommend me to the right person as I'm more than willing to invest in my self-education.
