I'm a marketing copywriter looking to get into wholesaling as side-hustle. To start, I'm considering sending out a direct mail campaign to certain zip codes in my area. I'm trying to determine the number of pieces I would need to send out, so I can come up with a budget.
How many signed contracts do you typically get per 1,000 letters/postcards?
