In Dire Need of Help to Get A Rehab Estimate

I've been trying to get bids on what it would take to rehab a property in Suitland, MD. All of the GC's I've contacted have flaked, and I'm trying to make a sound counter before the end of the week. If anyone knows a GC or service I could use to get an estimate you would be a life saver!

Hi Victor, Another approach to getting contractors is going down to your local Home Depot or Lowe's at 6 am and talk with the guys that are buying stock for their jobs, You could also go to their help desk and inquire about contractors. This would be a quick way to obtain someone. I would be sure they have a GC license. Good luck.
