Sourcing Pre Forclosures

I have a question. What have you found to be the most effective way of finding pre forclosure leads?

@Zack McCall If your county foreclosures are judicial, an LP (Lis penedens)is the first thing filed....these are what you look for wherever mtgs and deeds are recorded.  If your foreclosures are not judicial, typically a NOS (notice of sale) is the first document filed.
