Suggestions on Mentorships?

Question

I’ve been researching wholesaling and general REI for the past 5months. I’ve listened to many podcasts and overall I have a few mentorships that I’m interested in and was wondering if anyone has had any experience and would like to share?

Sean Terry’s: 1st Check Challenge, Brent Daniels, Pace Morby, Jamil Damji: Astro Flipping.

My strategy is cold calling, mailers, and texting (while it lasts). Wholesaling is my priority but I would love to gain some properties via subto.

I like Sean for the experience and the overall knowledge, Brent for cold calling, Pace is creative finance genius, and Jamil I haven’t done a lot of research on but seems to be killin it.

@Matthew Berry I’m new to the business. TTP in general has been great! Cold Calling is the best way to get in front of sellers. I’ve gotten my first two deals in the past 90 days. One of them was CC the other was a referral.

@Christopher Dean I signed up with TTP in December. It’s been good so far. The best part about it is the connections you make with the members. I’ve gotten straight value from a few members who are killing it. Would I pay $4k again for the mentorship.....probably not. I mean all the material in the course you can find in Brent’s YouTube videos. Not bashing Brent at all he’s friggin amazing and such a go giver but for me I don’t need my have held. The mentorship also lasts 6mos.

You certainly listed the best ones. I am in Subto mentorship with @Pace Jordan Morby and it is the absolute best. I have a good friend that has Brent Daniels as her mentor and she loves it.   IMO if you look who gives massive free value and focuses on helping others then that is where your paid mentor will be. There are certainly some to stay away from but you obviously already know where the quality is.

I used multiple mentors when I got started so you are on the right track. My mentoring includes wholesaling, flipping and rental of single-family and commercial property including apartments. My students bought over 1200 units in the last 90 days.
