I am new to REI and trying to start with wholesaling! I've been reading and researching like a lunatic, I've started building a buyers list, have a list of vacants and occupied potential properties, have two title/escrow companies, approved contracts. In reading several articles and BP posts users say anywhere from 25 to 200+ buyers before locating properties. I figure the real question is i have 6 potential buyers on my list should i start making offers on properties or just keep letting my buyers list buildup while learning more about the business? I've only really started taking an interest in REI and wholesaling over the past month and a half but have easily spent 25 hours a week learning the basics and such. How much can one really learn about wholesaling from behind a CPU and book without actually doing it a few times? If i mess up in an epic capacity whats really the worst that can happen?
