What's the catch with myhousedeals.com?

I came across a website - myhousedeals.com - that claims to find wholesale deals for you in the area you choose. The homepage states:

"Welcome to done-for-you lead generation. We help real estate investors find deeply discounted, offmarket properties so you'll never run out of leads to power your business."

In my experiences in life I've learned that if something looks too good to be true, it probably is. In the real estate investment game that probably gets changed to definitely. Does anyone have any experience dealing with them and if so, what's the catch?

Yeah, looks like a hot pile of garbage.  I just created a free account to check on one and you still don't get any info until you upgrade to "premium."  That will "get you the deals 14 days faster than the free members!!

Plus they collect your info nd ask to sell it to New Western (Wholesalers / Realtors) and OpCity (Realtor.Com), who then sells you as a "lead" to Realtors.
