Buyer backed out, now what?
Obviously I try like crazy to find another one, but don't have very much time left. Anyone veterans have any advice for me? I'm going to have to scramble fast to make this one happen.

Unfortunately this is just a fact of life and why it is so important to build your buyers list first. If one buyer falls through, you always have others to put it in front of. Good luck!
