Anyone out there use Property Shark?
How accurate is it?

Thinking about signing up and using it for my drive through neighborhoods so I can find out who owns it and their mailing list....

I do know the county/city has these records at the court house but honestly I don't have the time to get down there. I tried my county's website but I just could find the right portal for the information! grrrr so maybe Property Shark is my answer???....

So the county online search for Santa Barbara is not sufficient? http://sbcassessor.com/Assessor/AssessorParcelMap.aspx or are you looking at a different county?
