Tri-plex Wholesale Flip & California specific Contract
I am currently talking with a seller and preparing to make an offer on a tri-plex. I need making sure my offer is on track to wholesale the property and I do not have a contract to work with the seller directly. Does anyone have a recommendation As to where I can get a contract/no realtor involved. And can Simone help with thinking through the numbers? Thank you!
