Where can I find cash buyers?

Can anyone suggest a website or a way to find cash buyers? Seems harder during Covid not being able to attend real estate meetings

If you aren't part of the social media arm of the local REIA that would be the lowest hanging fruit. Here in Omaha, we have two robust Facebook Groups with dedicated lists of cash buyers. Look to your market equivalent if you haven't already. Best of luck!

• Join every real estate FB group in your city
• Pull a list of Cash buyers from Propstream
• ALWAYS make sure your deals are actually profitable

@Richard Pallarino you can do what @Jody Sperling said which I find is a huge time consuming process. I use to merge the county records. That will get you all the buyers but not the contact info. It's a lot of work but is the most legit option source.

I built a platform that gets all buyers with contact information in the US and Canada called DeedFuel. Spoiler alert, I'm one of the co-software engineer on it.
