Wholesaling in the Netherlands

Hello, I am still young (16) and live in the netherlands lately I've been really interested in real estate and I had come across wholesaling. I am wondering if wholesaling real estate in the Netherlands is possible and if anyone has experience in it. Since I am still 16 I have alot of time to learn.
