$15,000,000 property!
Someone has a $15,000,000 property for sale. 60 acres. Willing to take back some of the finance. Not sure yet what the property really worth. Just imagine, I have never done a deal as yet. This is like taking a person and throwing him in the middle of the ocean and say "learn to swim". I have no clue how to find someone who even imagine buying a property for that kind of money.
